Survive and Save Club offers an awarding winning Learn to Swim programme using the Swim England Learn Swim Framework Stages 1 - 7. For the more advanced swimmer we offer the Swim England Aquatic Skills Framework, Stage 8 - 10 giving a great variety of programme covering Competitive Swimming, Rookie Lifeguard, Water Polo and much more.

For children age 12 plus we offer the RLSS Survive and Save Lifesaving Programme. This programme covers lifesaving rescue skills, as well a survival, self rescue. This makes up the RLSS Survive and Save Medallion programme. Alongside the medallion programme we also offer RLSS Lifesaving Sport learn new lifesaving sport skills that challenge the swimmers in a more competitive, but fun environment. The RLSS Survive and Save Programme will also offer members options to complete aspects of GCSE Syllabi and Duke of Edinburgh Awards.

For adults we offer a learn to swim programme for absolute beginners through to the more advanced swimmer using the Swim England Adult Swimming Framework.

Survive and Save Club has a group of highly skilled group of swimming teachers and lifesaving instructors offering this comprehensive programme for children age 4 plus and adults.

We hold the Swim England SwimMark Accreditation and are an RLSS Affiliated Club on the new Club 2020 programme.
